Asking For Help!

OBA is a global 24hr community so help is usually not to far away! Here is just a few ways (in no particular order) to ask for help.

PM YOUR SPONSOR

When you joined OBA, part of your sign up process was to send a Private Message (PM) to your sponsor via the OBC. To do this login to OBC.

Then select Click HERE to Send and Receive Private Messages.

To send a PM click the 'New Post' button.

At the top of the form enter the person's username.

If you are unsure of the username or who your sponsor is login to your OBA back office, then hover your mouse pointer over the blue menu bar on the left, from this menu select 'get help here'.

This takes you to a new page and displays your sponsor details, including their email address and user name in ()'s.

Need Help?

Take a look at the topics here, the question you have may have already been answered! If not, from here click 'new topic' button.

Then all you need to do is enter your subject and then the question or problem you have.

Before you click 'submit', make sure you tick the 'Notify me when a reply is posted' box. Doing this means you will be sent a message every tie someone replies to your post.

Other Resources

Having a good look around the OBC forum and your OBA back office can answer many questions. Sometimes you sponsor may have given you an email address or instant messenger address.
